Conventional Pads VS RPE Organic Cotton Care

All plastics are polymers — Pads can contain plastic throughout every layer. In the top sheet, the core, and their leak-proof backing.

• But not all polymers are plastics — RPE pads are designed with an organic cotton top sheet and an absorbent wood pulp core to provide soft, breathable comfort and reliable protection.

Chlorine (Conventional pad) VS Totally Chlorine Free (RPE pad)

• Most conventional pads are bleached using an Elemental Chlorine Free method (ECF). ECF bleaching is not chlorine-free.
• We use a Totally Chlorine Free bleaching method to purify and cleanse the cotton and pulp we use.

Perfumes & dyes (Conventional pad) VS Perfume free & no dyes (RPE pad)

• Synthetic fragrances are unnecessarily added into some period products to mask smells, and dyes are used to create blue and purple decoration.We use a Totally Chlorine Free bleaching method to purify and cleanse the cotton and pulp we use.
• RPE products are perfume and dye free. We don’t believe periods are unclean or should be covered up synthetically.
