1.1 Eligibility Window & Hygiene Conditions

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the sensitive sanitary nature of personal paper products and wet wipes:

  • Unopened & Sealed Items: Items are eligible for return only if they are completely unused, unopened, in their original factory seal, and in the exact same condition as received, complete with all original packaging sleeves or outer cartons.

  • Ineligible / Non-Returnable Items: Any tissue box, wipe pouch, or flushable paper pack that has been opened, unsealed, perforated seal broken, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to health, cross-contamination, and personal hygiene regulations.

Note: Unauthorized returns sent back without prior email confirmation will be rejected at our warehouse and returned to the sender.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or factory defect), the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
